I booked through the app and didn’t expect much since the price was around 100 rupiah. Still, please keep the rooms clean and check every room. The kids were coughing and couldn’t sleep because the air smelled of smoke. There were spider webs, and the toilets smelled too. Please pay attention to cleanliness and vehicle safety at the very least. I feel for people who travel from far away only to find that the rooms don’t match the photos. I hope things improve. Sorry in advance, and thank you.

The service was very helpful, and the rooms and cleanliness were okay. I was quite satisfied because the hotel is close to so many places, especially the mall, which is just across the road. I took the train, and it wasn’t far from Tanjung Karang station either. The location is very strategic. Good overall, highly recommend 👍👍

The location is convenient, close to the mall, but the quality isn’t great. The bathroom shower wasn’t working, and it wasn’t very clean.

I booked two nights because I was curious about the stories that this place was haunted. Nothing mystical or unusual happened while I was there. The staff were friendly, in my view. If some guests found them unfriendly, maybe those guests were rude to the staff themselves. The toilets really are dirty and broken, and there was no hot water or urination. Those problems don't seem to affect every room. My AC wasn't cold at first because of the remote, but adjusting it fixed things, so guests may need to set it themselves. If the towels, pillowcases, or sheets aren't up to your standards, you can raise it with the staff. Thanks for the two-night stay. 🥰🫰🏻

The location is strategic, but the service felt unfriendly. The place wasn't very clean, and the bathroom was dirty. Water came out only in a small trickle. :)
