The rooms are clean and the service is okay. The entrance only fits minibuses.

For 150,000 Rupiah, this felt well worth the price. The building is new and still nice and clean. Parking is fairly spacious and fits cars. The AC works well and gets cold. Hot water comes and goes, but the shower is usable. There's no Wi-Fi. The room is large, clean, and has plenty of closet space for clothes, suitcases, and other things. It has a TV, thick curtains, and windows that are about three-quarters of the wall height. They face the sun, so daylight gets in and the room doesn't feel stuffy. The high ceiling adds to the spacious feel. The bathroom is decent, with a shower and a sitting toilet. The mattress is a little hard, but fine for the price, and the bed feels sturdy. The location takes a bit of finding since it's set back from the main road. I had business nearby, so it worked well for me and I could walk. Staff aren't usually at the front desk, which can make them hard to reach with questions. There's a bell, but ringing it doesn't feel convenient.

I stayed in early December 2023 and booked through Agoda for 103,000 Rupiah. Masha Allah, what a lovely find for a budget trip to Bandarlampung. I'd recommend it for solo travelers, couples, or families. This is a boarding house, not a hotel, so don't expect soap, shampoo, or tissues. The TV worked, and I got two bottles of mineral water. There's a safe, though I didn't ask for its key. I didn't ask about Wi-Fi either, but the app says it's available. Reception is on duty 24 hours; if nobody is at the front, they'll be at the back. The location is down a narrow alley, with two ways in. If you're taking a GoCar, you may need to navigate the alley with Maps. In the bathroom there's a shower, sink, and toilet seat, but no hot water. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. There were no extra charges, just a 100,000 Rupiah deposit, refunded at checkout, or an ID card guarantee. The room and surroundings were clean, and the floors were exceptionally clean ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Under the bed didn't seem to have been swept, since there were Aqua bottle traces, and the windows were dusty. The wardrobe and bathroom had yellow stains. The white towels were clean, but I wasn't sure about the blanket and hoped it had been washed. The sheets were clean. The bed wasn't as soft as a hotel bed, but it didn't leave me sore. For the price, it was fine, MasyaAllah. I hope they improve the cleaning, so people on a tight budget like me can keep staying here. Thank you, Kostel Sanama, and thank you, Bandarlampung :)
