I had to leave around 7 a.m., but my car was blocked. When I asked for help, the small staff member just stayed lying down and didn't respond. When I asked what we could do, the reply was unprofessional and there was no solution. A taller, larger staff member eventually stepped in and sorted it out, though it could have been handled quickly from the start. It showed a lack of urgency, empathy, and basic professionalism. Update: The staff member involved contacted me personally to apologize, and management followed up too. I appreciate that response and hope the service improves going forward.

The pillows were sagging, and the floor was dirty. They didn't provide basics like toothbrushes or mineral water, even though hotels at a similar price have more complete facilities. The staff weren't very friendly either.

Getting here from the toll road was quick and easy. The room is small, but it has what you need, including hot water and a TV. It worked fine for a short rest.

The staff helped us out after checkout, too. The day after we left, my dad noticed he'd forgotten his jacket. I messaged the hotel on WhatsApp, and they'd already kept it safe and helped send it with the GoSend I arranged. We had two rooms for two days, and both were clean and comfortable. They were a little small, but fine for the price. The furniture was clean, the air conditioning was cool, and there was always hot water. The staff were friendly, and there's a cafe where you can order food or coffee. Really happy with the stay.

The rates are very affordable, and the hotel has a cafe on site. I found the rooms clean and the service excellent. Its location is convenient, too.
