There are families in the lobby whose Agoda reservations were also rejected. They say they no longer work with OYO, so they won’t honor our Agoda booking, and instead quoted us a much higher price if we still wanted to stay. The prices shown on Google and Agoda are fake. They draw you in with a very low rate, then refuse the reservation when you arrive and demand far more. Families are left outside trying to find somewhere else at the last minute. What a horrible business.

We arrived and they refused our reservation, then tried to charge us four times as much. This is a scam. Don’t go.

I saw so many people stranded after arriving to check in, and I was scammed too. On December 23rd, cars were queuing to check in and traffic was terrible. I walked out from the basement toward Ciwalk and saw many others caught up in it. Seriously, management needs to sort out the legal issues between the application and the unit owner. Just disband.

Please don’t book here. Getting a refund will be a hassle because OZI no longer works with Agoda, OYO, or other platforms. So it’s better not to book, for God’s sake, so many people are being defrauded. OZI says there’s a 6 million fine if they don’t cooperate with the hotel platform, which is why the apartment is listed on all the hotel booking platforms.

Do not book here, it’s a scam! They rejected us because we used Agoda, and we can’t get a refund because they don’t use any booking app!
