The market location is the main drawback. It gets crowded and can smell in the morning, so keep that in mind. The entrance can be hard to spot, and there’s no lift, so you’ll need to take the stairs. We were given a room on the 4th floor. Parking is available at the back, though I didn’t use it. I stayed two nights in a deluxe double room at Ara Stay by Cossan. The room was spacious, though a little empty, and the place looked new and clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and hot water. Amenities were very limited: no soap, shampoo, tissue, or drinking water. They did provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels, so we bought the rest ourselves. The AC worked well, the Wi-Fi was okay, and check-in and checkout took under a minute. Key cards were convenient. At around 561k for two nights, it’s very affordable, especially since everything still feels new. It’s a good value, and I’d consider coming back. The price and fresh interior were the best parts for me, with the location and lack of basic amenities as the downsides.
