The staff and room service were kind and polite, and the location is hard to beat. The room was huge, but a lot of it needs updating, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The whole place felt a bit run down. Breakfast was limited, and the food wasn’t very warm. The water heater wasn’t very effective either. There were only a few TV channels, and I think they were all previews.

The room was acceptably clean, and the staff stood out for how quickly they helped. When the TV wouldn’t turn on, they came right away, and they promptly brought a hair dryer when I asked. The receptionist was friendly and clearly explained how to walk to nearby places. I picked the hotel for an event near the City Hall, so the convenient location worked well. Breakfast choices were limited, but the chicken noodles were delicious and well worth trying. I had a pleasant stay, and appreciated the warm hospitality.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and I really liked the ambience and location. The train station is just an 8-minute walk away, so you won't miss the train 😃

The Level 5 terrace is a nice spot to chill, and the Level 1 bar is awesome. Friendly people and tip-top service. Awesome hotel.

The hotel was clean, the location was great, and breakfast was good. There weren’t any Netflix or TV programs, though.
