The room I was given didn't match what had been advertised, and that really affected my comfort. It felt like the room had been misrepresented. On my first stay at Arwiga Hotel, which will definitely be my last, the staff were unhelpful and didn't seem willing to handle even basic requests. The manager never apologized for the mess. The whole visit left me feeling unwelcome and very disappointed. I hope the hotel sorts out these serious problems.

The room was fairly large, and the bathroom had decent space too. Wi-Fi worked well enough to use, and the TV worked properly. Fish. The downsides were limited car parking, an AC unit that wasn't quiet, and rough, hard bed linen.

The location is good. The room was okay, though the bathroom needs some work.

A good option for a family trip or a budget stay. The bathroom could really use a thorough clean.
