The room was spacious and comfortable, but I noticed stains on the toilet, towel, and bed sheet. The air conditioning wasn't very cold and may need servicing. At breakfast, more variety each day would be nice. I also saw hair in one dish, so I hope the cook can wear a hair cover.

Breakfast was flexible during our pleasant three-night stay. We ate in the restaurant on Sunday and had it brought to our room on the other days. There was no bottled water, but the refillable jug and dispenser in the hallway worked fine and seemed environmentally conscious. The location was very convenient and easy to reach, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel does feel a little dated: some wallpaper was peeling, and the wooden table had a slight odor when we entered. Used plates from room service also sat outside our room for quite a while. Even with those small issues, we were comfortable and felt it was good value for the price.

During my five days and four nights here, the staff were especially helpful when I left some belongings behind. They made sure everything reached my address in good condition and complete. The hotel is right in front of Rumah Mode, which is a very attractive location. I enjoyed the stay and plan to come back. The breakfast menu could use more variety.

The pastry at breakfast had gone moldy, and the couple of menu options we had didn't make up for it. In room 506, the air conditioning wasn't working well. Bandung was cool enough in the evening, but mornings got pretty warm. We also had no hot water. Staff said the water heater was under maintenance and would be fixed soon, but by morning it still wasn't working. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

The staff were kind and helpful, which made the stay a little better. The room itself was disappointing, with dated decor, a window that couldn't be opened for fresh air, and stained bed sheets. The AC took four hours to cool the room.
