We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. From the huge panoramic window, we could watch the rice terraces, with herons walking around and birds flying past. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Please be very cautious with “Villa Dzen.” There have reportedly been frequent changes to phone numbers and staff, which can make it hard to communicate or follow up on reservations. One person allegedly lost €600 after paying for a reservation that reportedly never took place. Everyone should be extremely careful before sending money.

The villa is away from Ubud’s heavy traffic, and the price felt fair. It has a calm interior, a beautiful view, two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a smart TV, and fast internet. Each morning they can cook breakfast for you in the villa, which is a lovely service. The glass wall faces the sun, so mornings can get quite hot. But that’s a good time to jump into the pool and enjoy it.

Breakfast was cooked fresh for us, and Made was so lovely, helping us with everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would HIGHLY recommend it. The Dzen Villas are absolutely beautiful. The villa was out of this world, just like the pictures, with a great view from beside the pool.

Made, our housekeeper, was especially warm and welcoming. He made breakfast each morning while we slept, then gently woke us once it was ready. There was fresh fruit, smoothies, eggs, and pancakes, all nicely presented and delicious. His care made us feel pampered and at home. The villa was spotless and beautifully kept, with every detail looked after. Service exceeded our expectations. The staff also helped with laundry and were always happy to handle even small requests. We felt genuinely cared for and would absolutely return.
