Aston Pasteur Bandung Hotel

Pasteur can get very busy, especially around long weekends, so check Waze or Maps before heading over. We stayed in the Family Suite with two adults and two kids, and there was loads of room. The beds were huge and comfy, and everyone slept well. It was also spotlessly clean, which is a big relief with little ones. A huge window gave us a great city view, and the kids spent ages watching the lights. The receptionist, Pak Atul, was so nice and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The price felt like great value, especially compared with other suites we considered. The hotel is on jalan Pasteur, near famous food spots, Bandung oleh-oleh places like Mayasari, and a huge indomaret right next door. We had an awesome family stay and will definitely be back.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty to choose from, and all of it tasted good. The staff welcomed us warmly, and the room was clean and really comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

The only thing that bothered us a little was the parking. It felt tight when maneuvering in and out. We booked two rooms for one night with my family, and the stay at Aston Pasteur Hotel exceeded what we expected. The staff were genuinely welcoming, and breakfast was a highlight, with lots of choice and tasty food. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and we had no other problems at all. We'd stayed here twice before, but this experience means we won't be back. We booked a non-smoking double room and were told it was sold out. The only way to get a double bed was on a smoking floor. We checked room 532 and it seemed okay, so we accepted it. Then at 7:30 in the morning there was incredibly loud banging music, like a concert right beside us. We woke up with headaches. I have a video showing how loud it was, though it seems only photos can be uploaded here. The worst stay ever. Avoid room 532 if you don't want to wake up with a headache.
