The room is spacious, the exterior looks very good, and the layout feels like a star hotel. The price is very affordable, and the location is strategic. But the bathroom was filthy and mouldy, smelled bad, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. The shower didn’t work, and only warm water ran, so there was no cool water for bathing. The sheets were worn and discolored, with lots of stains and cigarette burns. The aircon didn’t cool the room, and the ceiling bulb was burnt out. Management needs to inspect things regularly and consistently.
