The room smelled a little, but the staff were really friendly and helpful.

You’re right on Cihampelas, with an Alfamart just a few minutes’ walk away. The staff were great, but the room wasn’t clean enough and the bathroom door was nearly broken. There was no hot water, and parking was limited. Food also takes a long time to arrive since the main kitchen is at Cihampelas 3.

CiWalk and Teras Cihampelas are nearby, and the Wi-Fi signal in the room was very strong. The room itself was very cramped, though, and cleanliness and tidiness were poor. The mattress and pillows weren’t changed during our three nights. There’s no lift, only stairs, and warm water in the bathroom was hard to get.

The room was basic and cheap, and the service was good. The TV was old, though, and there was no hot water.

It’s conveniently close to shopping in cihampelas. Service was slow, the shower wasn’t good, and the bathroom fixtures looked pretty cheap.
