They sent me to Promenade Hotel, but the room there was bad. The service was poor, so I ended up canceling. The hotel was supposedly full, yet the OTA still let me book. That's not my fault. The male receptionist working Wednesday, 12 Nov 2025 at 11:00 PM needs more training on how online travel agents work.
10/10
The bed is comfortable, and I got two windows, so the small room had good airflow and sunlight. The towels smell nice too. There wasn't a mirror outside the dimly lit bathroom, or an extra desk, table, or wardrobe for storage.
8/10
The staff were nice and helpful, and the room was clean. It wasn't very spacious, but that was fine for me and felt reasonable for the budget. There was no hot water, though, so taking a bath on a chilly morning wasn't much fun, haha. Still, I had a nice experience. Thank you.
8/10
The location is very strategic, and parking is quite good since they have a basement. The staff are great. Cleanliness is less certain: there was a glass mark by the window when we arrived, and the bathroom hadn't been maintained very well.
8/10
The bed is huge, and things were good overall. At night, though, the traffic noise was pretty loud. They should replace the towels, since ours were old and torn.
