The pool is deep enough for diving, and the grounds are quiet, but our room was dirty and the bathroom smelled. One staff member came in wearing his shoes 😅. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out too, and the room wasn't in great shape, so be prepared for that. When we came back a second time, though, the room was much better.

There are lots of plants and the air feels fresh. It's an older hotel, but still very good for a stay or holiday.

The location worked especially well for things around Punclut or the Unpar area, and being off the main road kept it fairly peaceful. The price seemed reasonable. There are plenty of sports facilities, including a pool, tennis court, and large gym. The restaurant is spacious and looks over the pool, though the food choices were only okay. My standard twin room was roomy, but also felt oddly empty. A sofa, table, or even a carpet would have made it less bare. The private terrace had no bamboo chair or anywhere to hang clothes. There was a faint unpleasant smell in the bathroom, possibly from the room or the pipes. Its window faces outside and is blurred, so people shouldn't be able to see in, though I didn't test that. I wasn't bothered, but my mom worried someone might see her while she used the bathroom.

Breakfast was superb, and the rate felt acceptable for the facilities. The rooms could use a thorough makeover. The toilet smelled, and the shower curtains need replacing.

The room was spacious, though pretty basic, and the breakfast selection was okay. The outdoor pool, tennis court, and fitness center were great. The pool and park are kid-friendly.
