I enjoyed my three-night stay in this apartment, and its location near plenty of places to eat meant finding meals was easy. The owner replied quickly and sent the housekeeper as soon as I mentioned my concerns. There were a few cleanliness issues to address: mold around the kitchen sink and on the water dispenser, calcium buildup on the kettle, and some bathroom problems. I hope housekeeping will do more than change the bed linen and pay closer attention to cleanliness for guests' health. Parking costs Rp3000 per hour, rather than a flat rate. The owner offers reimbursement of up to Rp50,000 to Indonesian bank accounts such as BCA or OVO. For what I paid for three nights, I expected a little more in service and value. The place has potential, and with better housekeeping it could be even nicer. I’d recommend it to others and hope the owner or management considers these suggestions.

In the upper Bandung area, this apartment has a nice view and a swimming pool. There's an Indomaret nearby, and it's close to food stalls.

Rent for a roughly 28 m2 studio is IDR 600,000 a month, with water charged separately. The apartment is comfortable and well kept, with good service from tenant relations, a pool, enough parking for cars and motorcycles, and elevators that rarely have a queue. It's in North Bandung.

Looks fancy from the outside, but the facilities are below OYO's standard. The power went out around 11 and stayed off until morning, when I was about to check out.
