The management listens carefully to complaints and guest comments. If you need something, try stopping by their office or sending them a message. For the price, the service and other facilities are decent. There's a minimarket and some local tenants available.
We stayed in three rooms on 5 - 6 Jan. 2023. The location is okay, and the rooms are a good size, but the apartment is a sad story. The linen and towels were poor, and the bathroom and toilet were dirty. The surroundings were dirty and seemed unattended. Windows facing the wirings were left open, and there were no more keys. Building maintenance and management urgently need to improve to save the building. People would definitely be willing to pay more for better service.
We changed rooms three times and ran into the same issues each time. The bed sheets hadn't been changed, the power tripped a lot, and the air conditioner compressor was very loud right beside the bed. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room. The TV had no antenna. Only one food stall was open, and indonmart closed very early.
The location is good, but the construction feels poor. Water collects on the bathroom floor because it slopes badly, and the parking area was chaotic.
After a full day out on vacation, this feels like a comfortable place to come back and rest. I think it suits that really well. Hope more people discover it and come by.
