My stay at D'primahotel Bandung turned out much better than I expected, even though I started off by getting my dates wrong. I hadn't checked the itinerary again and realized my booking began that day, not the night before. I had to pay the regular rate for an extra night instead of the cheaper Bank BRI promo rate, which hurt financially 😅. The staff stayed calm, responded quickly, and helped me get a room I could keep the next day, so I didn't have to haul my luggage around mid-trip. Their help felt warm and practical. The room was comfortable and looked elegant for its price range, with a classic-modern feel, warm lighting, padded headboard, and thick curtains. It was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the bed let me rest after walking around Bandung all day. The soft lighting was relaxing at night. The bathroom was clean, modern, and functional, with a separate shower, good pressure, and a rain shower that worked well. Towels and amenities were ready neatly at check-in. My one downside was no refrigerator or minibar in my room. I don't know if other room types have one, but it'd be useful on a longer stay for drinks, snacks, or leftover Bandung food. The location is a big strength. Paris Van Java Mall is close by for food, coffee, shopping, or hanging out. Sukajadi has lots of viral food spots and cafés that show up on TikTok and Instagram, and it's easy to get to Cihampelas, Setiabudi, and popular spots in North Bandung. Despite the busy area, my room felt fairly calm and restful, a nice balance of convenience and comfort, especially on crowded weekends. The helpful staff, comfortable room, and location near shopping and food made the stay enjoyable, and the BRI promo for my main booking was lucky. I'd stay again for a short Bandung trip focused on food hunting, shopping, and a comfortable rest without spending too much. Refrigerators in all rooms would make longer stays more convenient.

The service made the whole stay comfortable and enjoyable. Staff at D’Prima Hotel Bandung were attentive and helpful, always checking that I had what I needed. I had a great time and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung.

I was disappointed with the service. Housekeeping cleaned my room late, and then they didn't bring the mineral water I'd asked for. I hope this improves in future. Thank you.

The Persib crowd made it a difficult time to be in Bandung, but my stay at dprima hotel was still great. I got an unexpected room upgrade and a complimentary treat, which I really appreciated. Bapak Haris was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. His service felt sincere, with no awkward expectation of tips. Thanks to him and the whole team. I'd love to come back.
