We spent six days surfing, and it was well worth it. The camp price covers a massage, photo analysis, a sauna with an ice bath, a pick-up or drop-off, and a T-shirt. The photo analysis didn’t happen because of the weather, but that was no big deal. Guests are arriving and leaving every day, so the camp feels relaxed and it’s easy to meet new people. The instructors were really nice and did their best to make surfing a great experience. The manager and housekeeping team were super friendly and accommodating. My partner and I had a great time. Thanks to the camp and everyone there, we’d recommend it!

Surf Camp 79 was the highlight of my six weeks traveling around SE Asia. The staff made me feel so welcome, and they’re kind and fun to be around. I was comfortable in my room, and the accommodation was amazing and perfectly located. The surf package is worth getting because they take care of everything, from transport and the boat ride to the boards. I was exhausted by the end of the week, but it was so worth it. My surfing improved a lot in just a week. Jun was my instructor, and he was a pro who made me feel comfortable and confident in his teaching. Great value for money, and I’d highly recommend it.

I stayed four days and surfed for three. As a complete beginner I was nervous at first, but the instructors walked me through it and kept checking that I was okay. They found the best surf spots each day, and the video analysis afterwards helped a lot. I really enjoyed the package, which also included surfskating, a massage, a family dinner, and more. The atmosphere was lovely, and every staff member was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, and there’s a nice terrace to relax on during the day or evening. It felt a bit like being with family, so leaving was hard. Thanks for a great stay, I’ll be back! Special thanks to Hendy, Jun, Ben, Malik, Azil, Dandy, Addy, Agus & Zi.

Leaving after only 5 days has broken my heart. Jony Hendy Jun Malek Dadi Adi Azil Agus Zeke Bento (and probably a few I’ve forgotten 😭) made me feel safe and at home. The surf lessons were just right for someone like me who’d never surfed before. Love you all ❤️ I’ll come visit someday. ❤️ Captain Morgan

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here and had a great time. The staff were really welcoming and nice, even though I didn’t surf. The rooms and toilets were tidy and very clean. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main road, where there are lots of restaurants and cafes. 10/10, I’d come back. Thank you!
