The main drawback is the street noise. Since it’s close to one of Bandung’s main roads, light sleepers may struggle to get deep sleep. Even so, I’d keep this hotel on my shortlist for another Bandung trip. I stayed three nights and was happy with the comfortable bed, a room that felt more spacious than expected, and good in-room Wi-Fi that worked for remote work. On Jalan Dago, it’s easy to get around, especially if you need to go to ITB, and there are cafes, restaurants, and retail shops nearby. Keep in mind that vehicles can’t access the area during Car Free Day on Sunday mornings in the first and third weeks.

Check-in was quick and they didn’t ask for a deposit, though the receptionist wasn’t friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and a large window made it bright. Each floor has a pantry with a stove, sink, microwave, and water dispenser. There’s no restaurant, but food delivery is an option, and plates and bowls are provided in the room. My family and I loved our stay.

The receptionist was so good, greeting us whenever we came in or went out. The room was super clean, and the mattress was really comfortable. The hotel is very close to Bandung’s business center, which makes traffic convenient, but there are lots of motorcycles making noise late at night and in the morning.

The noise from Dago street disturbed us a lot. The windows aren’t soundproof, and the staff were very unfriendly. Cleanliness was lacking too, with dirty towels, and the bathroom was very small. The room itself was nice and the location strategic, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort.

Housekeeping service wasn’t available, unfortunately. The hotel is in a strategic spot on Dago road in downtown Bandung, near lots of tourist destinations. The room wasn’t very spacious, but the bed was nice and comfortable. The ambience and lighting are well designed, and the amenities and facilities were stellar.
