Dequr Hotel

The shower was basically a pail with water trickling out slowly, since there was no shower head. Ants and mosquitoes were everywhere, and cleanliness and hygiene were badly lacking, with defects all over the place. A really disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Take other reviews with a grain of salt, see it for yourself, then decide.

The pest problem made the room impossible for me to sleep in. It was full of mosquitoes and fleas, so I had to leave. The bathroom smelled like pee, and the rooms were dusty and filthy, with broken, outdated equipment. My AC was broken and I ended up fixing it myself because the staff were incompetent. I complained, but the manager wouldn’t move me to a better room. They said they’d refund me, but the money never came. This place is a scam. Do not stay here. It’s the worst budget hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I could, I’d give it zero stars.

My friend has asthma, and she nearly died during our stay. We couldn’t turn off the AC because there wasn’t an AC remote in our room 😭😭😭😭😭😭

It’s an older hotel building, and the facilities show their age, from the CRT tube TV to the old toilet equipment. Still, the room was clean, the air fresh, and the service good. The surroundings are nice, and the location is very convenient, close to Unpad, Gasibu, and Gedung Sate. A good place to stay with family.
