Exquisite 2BR Apartment at Tamansari La Grande near BIP

The room was the highlight of my two-day business stay at Best Western Premier La Grande. It was very large but still felt compact and efficiently laid out for work, and the comfort and space made a real difference to my rest. I found the breakfast selection and quality a little underwhelming. For a Best Western Premier hotel, I'd expected more from the food. The dim orange corridor lighting also felt dated, and switching to a brighter white tone would make the place feel more modern. Even with those small issues, the room comfort is enough to bring me back.

Parking is limited if you arrive by car, but the free valet service pretty much takes care of that. Everything else felt perfect and really comfortable, with a great mountain view. The service stood out most, from booking through to the restaurant team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and good at finding solutions.

We got a complimentary upgrade to an executive room, and check-in was easy. The security guard gave us a warm welcome, and reception staff were friendly and professional. Room 1206 was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping quickly responded when I asked for an extra blanket. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. Thanks to the restaurant team for the service and friendly welcome. I'd recommend it for families. Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel, wishing you continued success.

The staff were lovely and always smiling, and the hotel has nice facilities: a pool, spa, bar, and restaurant, plus a beautiful city view. Hendrik at the bar was amazing and gave excellent service.
