The receptionist was really friendly, and the AC, bedsheet, security and water heater were all fine. Still, this was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in, even cheaper Airbnbs have been cleaner. I have asthma, and lots of visitors smoked in the lobby while the keeper did nothing. For the price, I expected it to be okay.

I picked this hotel just for its location and stayed two days. The room was small, with a dirty, stained bedsheet and a smelly pillow. The towel looked dirty too. There was no trash bin or cupboard, and the toilet was dirty. The exhaust fan was really noisy.

For 380.000 IDR a night, this was shameful. The whole room was filthy, including the bed sheets and bathroom. It looked like nobody had cleaned it in a year.

Being near the mall, alun alun, plaza and plenty of other places was the only thing that saved this staycation. The room was worse than any hotel or staycation I've ever had, especially the bathroom and toilet. They were so dirty I couldn't bring myself to take a picture. Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

Service was okay for the most part. Please make up the room again, though. It feels like it's been left unused for a long time.
