Fortuna Hotel & Residence by My Hospitality

Terrible experience. I’ve stayed twice, and both times the hot water shower was broken, the toilet was really dirty, and the AC wouldn’t get cold.

THE ROOM WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE: IT HAD PUBIC HAIR, BLOOD STAINS, AND SEMINAL STAINS, AND THE AIR CONDITIONER DIDN’T WORK. IT WAS VERY DIRTY. I ASKED TO CHANGE ROOMS, BUT THEY GAVE US ANOTHER ROOM THAT WAS STILL UNACCEPTABLE. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND, THE RECEPTIONIST ACTED SHADY AND COULDN’T HANDLE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

The room felt dirty, and so did the bathroom. There was no soap, and a musty smell hit me as soon as I walked in.

I was really disappointed. After leaving some belongings behind, I contacted the Oyo admin on WhatsApp. They said the details hadn’t been entered yet and that they’d update me by email. I also messaged the property manager, who asked what was missing and said they’d check later. I never heard anything more, which was terrible. The room was a mess too. The sheets and floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, with lots of hair on the bedding and stains all over the pillows. I was glad I’d brought my own pillowcase and could put it over one.
