The room was big, and the staff and guard were really kind and helpful. When I had trouble with the water heater and televisyen, maintenance fixed both very quickly. I really enjoyed breakfast too. The location is close to top street, so you can walk or book a Grab for a good price. My stay was really good value, and I enjoyed it.

The hotel owner Koh Hendri Husada gave good service and had a good attitude. He was humble and showed no discrimination toward me as a woman wearing niqab. The place was clean and clear. The female staff still made me feel uncomfortable, as though she was thinking negatively about me as a woman wearing niqab.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but there were marks that looked like cigarette burns in the carport. I couldn't find anyone on staff who spoke enough English to make things easy. It was simpler to walk up the street for breakfast than try to explain that I was willing to pay for it. If I hadn't prepaid for all six nights, I'd have left after the first.

I arrived late and exhausted, and gave up when they said they had no record of my booking. They claimed Agoda hadn't sent a confirmation and that they don't even partner with Agoda, even though Agoda showed thousands of good reviews and the hotel itself had confirmed my reservation. It felt like they knew how to pull this, but I can't be sure. Be careful booking here. I wouldn't stay again.
