My kid had a great time with all the children’s facilities, and we had a pretty fun stay. The room was so-so, though: there was quite a bit of hair on the carpet when we arrived, so I wondered if it had been vacuumed. The bed and the rest of the room were standard. For a four-star hotel, the service also felt below what I expected. We asked for cutlery and were told to come pick it up ourselves. Maybe that’s how things are at a family hotel, but still. I was most concerned about security. There was no access card needed for guest floors, the play area, or the pool, and nobody checked which room we were in at the pool. Maybe the system was broken, but they could at least ask for a room number before letting people use the facilities. I didn’t expect much from an affordable hotel, especially its cheapest room type, and I’ll skip a rundown of the kid-friendly features since plenty of other reviews cover those. Maintenance and cleanliness could be better. I’m left with mixed feelings, and not sure I’d come back or recommend it. Proceed at your own risk, I guess.

There’s plenty to keep kids busy here all day, from swimming and indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a cooking class and mini zoo. It’s a very kid-friendly hotel, with a good location, nice service, and a varied breakfast menu. I’d love to come back.
10/10
What made the stay such a blast was how much there is for kids: a mini zoo, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and plenty more. The room itself was decent enough. I went during puasa time, and should try coming in low season too. Definitely coming back. 10/10 experience.

Check-in: 17 January 2026. Check-out: 19 January 2026. I found the amenities low quality and below standard. The service was moderate and the room size was adequate, but cleanliness was very poor. It looked clean at first, yet was quite dirty. I’m allergic to dust and odors, and in a room that hasn’t been cleaned properly or smells unpleasant, I get sick within 10 to 15 minutes. That happened during this stay. I suspect the air-conditioning unit may not have been very dirty, or may not have been cleaned properly, and could have caused it.
10/10
Really recommend it for families. It’s very kid-friendly, with lots of facilities for children, including a warm pool, a kids’ playground, a kids’ spa, and plenty more.
