The stained blanket was a real cleanliness concern, and the TVs in both rooms were so blurry that even local channels were difficult to watch. Netflix was out of the question. There were also floor and elevator signs mounted upside down or backwards, which added to the impression that details weren't being checked. The room changes were the biggest frustration during my 5 days and 4 nights there. The AC in my first room in Wing A didn't work, so I asked to move to Wing B, where it was decent. On my 3rd day, I was told I had to move back to Wing A because they planned to close Wing B to save costs, as no one else was staying there. I agreed on the condition that the new room had working AC, but had to repeat my request several times. Staff should have kept track of my original complaint instead of making me explain it again. Even things that may seem minor affect a guest's stay. I hope management takes this seriously and improves maintenance and communication among staff.

For an affordable stay in Bandung, Grand Serela Setiabudi is a good option. It's a four-star hotel in a convenient area, near shopping and tourist spots, with a pool, restaurant, and free WiFi. The rooms are comfortable, though some of the facilities look a little dated.

The room's spacious and the customer service gets five stars from me. The only drawback was that the AC wasn't very powerful, though maybe I just got unlucky. No other complaints so far 👍

Had a lovely time at Grand Serela Hotel Bandung. Mr. Hendra was especially kind and supportive, and the service was excellent. The room was clean and cozy.

The room was a long way from the lobby, and the toilet smelled bad. The carpet also wasn't fit to use. This room really needs renovating; it doesn't feel suitable for a four-star hotel.
