The guards were friendly and helped keep deliveries safe, and the staff were fairly accommodating, though some couldn’t understand English. But this definitely doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel. The sheets and chairs were dirty, including after they “upgraded” me to a balcony room. Even after room service, the bedsheets were still dirty. It felt like the hotel didn’t care about keeping things clean or replacing sheets, chairs, and pillows. The shower kept switching between hot and cold. Staff couldn’t fix it and told me to use either full heat or cold water. The aircon took forever to cool the room, and there was barely any aircon in the lobby or corridors. In my opinion, the place is just too old and they don’t seem to be trying to improve anything.

Only one thing fell short during my stay: check-in took an hour. Everything else was excellent 👍

I left my Fishing Chair behind while I was at an exhibition, and the crew was very helpful in finding it. They responded quickly and were polite too. What marvelous, responsible service from the best hotel crew ever. Bravo for Grandia Hotel...*****👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The WA admin replies were really short, and when I asked questions, they didn’t answer. There wasn’t even a welcome or a thank-you. Please be friendlier and more informative 😌 thx

From the sky lounge you get a lovely view over bandung, especially at sunset by the pool. The food was delicious and the service was nice too.
