Breakfast had loads of choices and everything tasted great. The hotel is right in the middle of the mall, and our room was super clean. Mr. Lesmana took such good care of us, so a special thanks to him. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Terima kasih!

Bandung looked gorgeous from the room at night, all lit up like a queen. But the walls were so thin I could hear everything from next door. It really messed with the atmosphere. If you’re bringing kids, you might want to take that into account.

My wife celebrated her master’s graduation at Hotel Harris at Festival Citilink, so the place will always mean a lot to me. The staff were attentive without hovering, and the whole occasion felt well organised and even more meaningful because of how smoothly everything was handled. It’s clean and modern, with a thoughtful design that felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. I’ll remember it with pride and joy.

The food was tasty and excellent at both the seminar and breakfast. I stayed one night at Harris Hotel Festival Citilink for a seminar. The room wasn’t very spacious, but it was comfortable and had all the amenities. Being connected directly to a mall with lots of shops and facilities made everything convenient. A pleasant experience and good value for a short stay.
