I regret not reading the reviews before booking. Most were bad, and now I see why. AC 1 is only in the living room and seems to be on a central timer, switching off every 2 hours even when I try using the remote. The room smells like a dirty, musty mop, then later at night there’s a urine smell from who knows where. There’s no proper towel, toothbrush, soap, shampoo or water heater for brewing. The sink faucet is broken, the shower leaks, and the bathroom drain is clogged. There’s just one dirty towel, so it gets used as a bath mat, and there’s no actual mat or trash can. The place has 2 rooms, one with a king bed and the other with a bunk bed. The bunk bed and its support feel scary, and it creaks whenever you move. There are sheets, and at least they don’t smell this time. The signal is slow and wifi doesn’t work. Basically, all there is is a mattress, pillows, sheets, sofa, TV, refrigerator, AC, 1 toilet and a shower. The toilet smells a bit, too. There’s been lots of criticism but no improvements. It’s incredibly ruined, so why was it even built? This one is in tower C.

The room clearly hadn't been looked after. The sheets and pillows were dirty and smelled bad, and the bathroom wasn't suitable. When I arrived at 3:30 PM, the electricity was already off and nobody was keeping track of the token. I'd booked days ahead, but that didn't help. I left at 9 PM and wasn't given even a partial refund. There was no real upside to the place. I'm very disappointed, though I hope they improve things for future guests. Sorry to give it one star. The location is good, but the room looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty, and the sheets hadn't been changed. For four people, they left just one towel, and it smelled so bad we couldn't use it. There was only a single plastic plate for cutlery, and no drinking water. With all those shortcomings, it's hard to believe this is a 4-star hotel.

Not recommended for the cleanliness or facilities. The sheets smelled dirty, and there weren't any towels or soap. The place was filthy.
