Hilton Bandung

The chicken porridge at breakfast was another level, and Miss Puput gave us such warm, attentive service. The hotel also surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake and room decoration, a really thoughtful touch. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The ambience was calm and nice, perfect for unwinding. We had a really pleasant stay from start to finish, worth every penny, and I'd definitely come back.

Our room was huge, with 2 queen size bed, and there's a huge mall about a 10-minute walk away. Traffic outside the hotel was quite heavy, though. We enjoyed our stay. All the staff were great, from housekeeping and security to the buffet breakfast waiters. Special mention to Puput, who was fabulous with my family and me during our 4 days of buffet breakfast, and to the big guy making fruit juice. Very nice.

Breakfast had lots of freshly made local and international dishes, all delicious, and the dining experience was elegant and enjoyable. Thanks to ms. Puput rahmawati for paying attention to what we needed and making breakfast even more special. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout. Check-in was smooth, and we felt welcome and well looked after. Everything exceeded our expectations and felt like a world-class five-star experience. I'd highly recommend this hotel for comfort, elegance, and great service, and would happily return.

Malika at the breakfast restaurant was incredibly attentive. She greeted us with a sincere, warm smile, helped us pick popular dishes, and even brought the food over for us. She works hard and deserves recognition, a promotion, or a bonus. We had booked three rooms next to each other, and Hilton Bandung arranged that perfectly. The spacious rooms had double queen beds and worked really well for our group. Breakfast had a huge selection, and the mie kocok Bandung and bubur ayam were delicious highlights. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return to Hilton Bandung.
