We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was generous and delicious, with excellent fruit. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and we also got to enjoy Iftar during Ramadan, with 50 tasty dishes on offer. We’ve returned in previous years and stayed again in a 50 m² King Suite at Holiday Inn Pasteur in Bandung. It has plenty of space and is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. Both rooms have two 55" flat-screen TVs. The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, plus quality Dove liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. A nice touch is having both a soft and a firm pillow with the double bed, something you don't always get even at a 5-star hotel. We highly recommend Holiday Inn Pasteur for short or long stays.

The restaurant became one of the best parts of my stay, thanks especially to Mrs. Risa. She was warm, attentive, and professional, and her genuine smile made every meal more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a nice range of local and international dishes, and service was quick and efficient. At Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur, I also found the room spacious, comfortable, and well kept. The hotel felt clean and welcoming, and the facilities and location were good. Mrs. Risa and the rest of the team made me feel well looked after. I’d happily come back and recommend the hotel.

The room was a highlight for me: clean, roomy, and really comfortable, with a bed that made for a good night's sleep and amenities arranged thoughtfully. I also liked the food. There was plenty of choice, and everything I tried was flavorful and well prepared, from local dishes to international favorites. On my first trip to Bandung, Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur made it easy to settle in. The staff were friendly, efficient, and keen to help from the moment I arrived, so I felt at ease in a city I hadn't visited before. The hotel has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, and I found it easy to get around inside and relax after exploring. I’d gladly stay there again.

The pool was clean and nice, and there were weekend activities for little kids from 8am onwards, like rabbit petting and little chef sessions. We stayed as a family of 8 and found the room really comfortable. Staff were consistently polite and helpful, including when assisting my grandfather in his wheelchair. The towel animals the cleaning staff made were so cute!!!!! Service was 5/5. The food gets 4/5 from me. Some of the choices were the same on weekdays and weekends, though we did try some nice local dishes.

I found the room comfortable and set up well for work, and the food was delicious with lots of choices. The place was clean and modern, in a convenient location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A good option for a business trip or a family stay. ☺️
