Hotel O Rumah Bundo Syariah

This feels like a scam.

For 660k a month, I got really poor facilities, and the place made me uncomfortable in just a month. The room was damp and in rough shape, with a broken outlet and lots of holes in the walls from who knows what electrical fittings. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and kept cutting out, the tap water was dirty, and the parking was so tight it was hard to get in or out, especially in an emergency. They don't give everyone a gate key, and on Sundays nobody opens the gate until 10 am. It feels like the owner only looks after the rooms when they're occupied 🤣

Why list a place on Agoda if online payments aren't accepted? I booked there, arrived to find nobody at the property, and got a slow response when I tried to contact them. I had to call, and was told, "SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENTS." The whole thing was a waste of time.

It's hard to get in and out because the parking area is narrow and always full. The Wi-Fi is slow and difficult to connect to, and the gate isn't opened in the morning, especially on weekends. The boarding house owner seems old-fashioned and has no solution for these problems. The facilities are really poor.
