The staff were very friendly and polite. The room had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived, but it was okay. The food was good, though there weren’t many choices. Picky eaters might want to bring their own food 😂 We were told when booking that we could request an iron at check-in, but they didn’t provide one and gave us a lot of excuses. I’d have rated the service 4/5 if they’d let us use an iron. As it was, 2.5/5 🥴 dislike dislike dislike 😭

Bad experience. There was no balcony, refrigerator, or window to air out the room, and there were bugs. The double bed had a single bed's sheet and blanket. There was no phone to call for help, and you have to carry all your luggage yourself. If you need anything, you have to go to reception and ask 🥲

Staff and security were both welcoming. The stay is affordable for the Ciwidey area, and it was quiet. We could check out late, as late as 1 p.m. I’d choose a standard room over an economy room. There’s a Padang restaurant nearby, plus a rice stall across the street with reasonably priced dishes.

This hotel in Bandung Regency seems underrated. I didn’t expect such a comfortable place for our staycation, but it was neat and cozy, with a variety of room types. It could be a nice choice for a family holiday.

The friendly staff and dependable hot water made the stay comfortable. I was surprised by how good the quality was for a budget hotel, and the room was clean too.
