IB23 Inn Boutique Hotel

We arrived to check in at 14.45, but our room wasn't ready even though check-in was supposed to start at 14.00. We got the key around 15.30. The suite we booked was spacious, but there was a red/pink stain on the blanket. I don't want to be a difficult customer, but I think that needs attention.

I found this hotel by chance on Google Maps while looking for somewhere near a one-day seminar workshop. I stayed in room 102 and was pleasantly surprised by how much it exceeded my expectations. The location is tucked away from the main street, so traffic noise wasn't a problem, and there are lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance that are easy to find. The room and linen were clean, the pillow was comfy, and there were enough amenities. No odd smell or mold. The corridor was bright and clean, the towels smelled nice and felt comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was nice too. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful, really pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was nice, and our King Room was spacious and comfortable. There was also a free mini bar in the King/Suite room. We definitely plan to stay here again, and I'd highly recommend it.

The breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was really helpful. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, as well as Blond Bakery, the viral bakeryshop. A great place to stay for a Bandung vacation, highly recommended.
