I usually don’t pay much attention to the bedroom at Club Med, but there wasn’t a comfortable third space anywhere in the resort, so I ended up spending a lot of time in our room. Its weak AC was still better than no AC. The room was small, the bed creaked loudly whenever I moved and woke my partner, and we were on the third floor with no lift. I’m a Club Med veteran, and Bali was the worst one I’ve visited by a huge margin. It really pains me to give Club Med one star. The resort made no effort to keep guests comfortable in the oppressive heat and humidity. The AC in the bedroom and restaurants was weak, and the main bar, where I’d usually spend the most time with my family at other Club Meds, was practically unusable. No AC, no fan, muggy still air, punishing heat and uncomfortable humidity. Having no comfortable shared space was a huge disappointment and possibly a health hazard. The location wasn’t great either, far from the main attractions and shopping districts. The main entrance gives a false sense of security: why have security there but not at the beach entrance? My family was most looking forward to the White Night / Garden Party, but it was a major letdown. It took place in the sweltering garden, with extra heat and smoke from the BBQ flames. They hadn’t even put in standing fans for guests. The main restaurant was closed, so there was no buffet option. The acrobatic show was short and unimpressive compared with other Club Meds. The band was the one saving grace, very talented and with a good range. The food was okay, but nowhere near as good as at Phuket, Bintan, Cherating, or La Palmyre. The gym was adequate, though the fitness classes didn’t include a cooldown. Aren’t the trainers responsible for participants’ safety before, during, and after a session? We were extremely disappointed. Some of these issues might be wider Bali problems rather than specific to this resort, but I’d recommend Club Med Bintan instead.

For families, the day pass is a great option. There are lots of activities to keep kids busy, so it made for a relaxed but fun day out. The buffet was one of the best I’ve had on the island, with loads of choice and fresh, tasty food. Everyone on staff had amazing energy and made the day feel welcoming and fun. The cocktails were yummy too. Krisna at the beach bar was especially lovely and helpful, an absolute star. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in Bali and want good food, great vibes, and happy kids.

The food was excellent and varied every day, and the whole team clearly worked hard to make the experience special for each guest. Oscar, Kyle, Semmy, Jalal, Othmane, and Kartu deserve a special mention for their kindness, energy, and professionalism. We’re leaving Club Med Bali with unforgettable memories from two wonderful honeymoon weeks. Everything felt impeccable, from the hospitality and activities to the atmosphere, attention to detail, and beautiful setting. Thank you for these two weeks! ❤️🫶

Club Med Bali made this one of my best trips, even after visiting quite a few other Club Meds in other countries. We stayed nine nights in April 2026 over Easter, and I’ve met so many amazing people and made friends here. You’ll never want to leave! The resort is easy to get around, with activities close by and very clean, well-presented rooms. It works well for families and groups of friends, with varied food, plenty to do, and clubs for ages four months to 17 years. The weekly mini club show is a highlight, giving every kid a chance to perform. White nights, garden dinners, and pool shows were entertaining and well organized. So many staff made the stay memorable. Houcem, the Chef de Village, greets guests and makes everyone feel included. Yousri, the Leisure experience manager, was caring and generous. Farewell to Shelly and welcome to Peggy, thanks for bringing so much energy to the crazy signs every day and night. Abdel, the mini club manager, brings smiles and humor to kids’ events and around the resort. The mini club and teens club G.O.s, Marie, Axel, Farhan, and Daniel, made the clubs a great way to join activities and make friends. Thanks to the sports G.O.s, Zee, Vittoria, Sandy, and Tawan, who made every activity engaging even for people who aren’t keen on sports. Yoga, Roy, Eudes, Athenia, Tiffany, Surya, Jay, and the other bartenders made wonderful drinks and stayed up through the end of every party. At the restaurant, Chef Perez, Ravin, Yigit, Abu, Anya, and all the other staff at the food stations and entrance served great food and greeted us with smiles. Apple, Teddy, Hiroko, Aldi, Cicik, and Becky at the front desk were lovely. Welcome to Club Med Bali, Becky, and thanks for being so kind and funny! The Circus team, Alex, Ally, Anas, Graham, and Marie, put on amazing performances, showed their talent, and helped people do their best on the trapeze. Shout out to Agung in Villiage Training, Eric in Excursions, and Amine in Sports, along with the other managers. The other G.E.s, including housekeeping, were friendly too, especially the towel guys at the pool. The white nights, garden dinners and pool shows were very entertaining and well organised. The mini club show every week was a highlight, giving every kid a chance to perform. Thanks to all the G.O.s and G.E.s, who were so kind and generous, and all the staff this season at Club Med Bali 2026.

We spent a wonderful day at the resort with a day pass, and I was delighted by the experience. There were plenty of activities, so the day could be both relaxing and lively, whether you wanted to unwind or stay active. The resort was beautiful and spotless, and the food was varied and delicious. The staff were charming, attentive, and always smiling, which really added to the day. I’ll definitely come back 🙏🙏
