Pullman Bandung Grand Central

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in the last week of the year. At first, the basement drop-off area was confusing, especially for our Grab driver, but the security staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby on the 3rd floor has a nice interior, and check-in was quick and smooth. Directions to the elevators could be clearer for first-time visitors. We got the room location we wanted, away from the elevator. Heavy rain caused a small water leak, but maintenance came quickly and sorted it out. It's a comfortable, affordable hotel in the city center with excellent service. Highly recommended.

We only had a day and didn't get enough time to fully enjoy the stay. The room was clean and spacious, the staff incredibly friendly, and the location convenient for a trip with friends. The staff are what made my stay at Ibis Styles Bandung Grand Hotel stand out. From arrival, they greeted me warmly, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently while giving great local dining recommendations that added to my trip. It felt like a welcoming introduction to the city, not just a transaction. Everyone I interacted with, from housekeeping to security, was professional, sincere, and smiling, and seemed keen to help. The room was lovely and spacious, with a stunning panoramic view of Bandung that included the iconic Gedung Sate. I enjoyed the lively weekend morning atmosphere from activities at nearby Gasibu. The amenities were excellent, and the hotel makes it easy to reach major destinations, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. I look forward to coming back.
