The OYO building had only recently opened after being abandoned for a long time. The security guards deserve credit. They were very polite, kind and willing to help guests wholeheartedly. The other rooms need better maintenance, and the swimming pool is the only thing lacking. Honestly, my third-floor corner room was stuffy and damp, and there was a female ghost there, by the way. Luckily, I was on the first floor.
The view and roomy parking stood out. The building has been renovated, and my room was spotless with fresh paint, a new mattress, new blankets, and a newly fitted TV. The TV channels were limited, though, maybe the antenna isn't set up yet. The pool still wasn't filled, and the shared kitchen, refrigerator, and hot water weren't available.
I stayed May 15-16, 2026, and it was a good stay for the price. The place has a bit of an abandoned feel, but the service and room were good, and parking felt safe. The water ran low for a little while in the afternoon, though it came back soon.
For around 150s, you get a really clean place, from the bathroom to the bedroom. There’s both hot and cold water, and the AC gets so cold my wife was chilly. Staff were very friendly, the view was beautiful, and the parking area upstairs is spacious. The location is handy too. A great budget option, highly recommend 💯
The balcony view in the morning is lovely, and the location is convenient, close to the main road. Our room was clean and comfortable, with working AC and TV. The staff were especially nice, patient with customers, never grumpy, and always smiling.
