Idea's Hotel

The breakfast was good, and the price felt fair for the quality. The room size, stair design, and especially the lighting were all very good. A couple of things need attention, though: water pooled on the bathroom floor because the slope and finishing weren't right, and the room floor could have been cleaned better. I'd put it around 4.0-4.25.

My family and I ordered food at the rooftop restaurant and saw a rat running around. They really need to improve the hygiene. I also got a room without a window, so there wasn't any fresh air.

The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu each day. Staff were kind and polite, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. In the room they provided sandals, two bottles of mineral water, two glasses, and an electric thermos. The bathroom had a sanitary bag, dental kit, shower cap, soap, and shampoo.

The hotel's location is pretty good, but the service left me disappointed. The monitors showed a published rate of 298k, yet at check-in they quoted us 500k for the same room type. We arrived late in the evening and paid the cash we had to the receptionist, who said payment had to be in cash. In the morning, when we checked out and tried to pay the balance, they said we still owed 400k for two rooms because they'd only received a 300k deposit the night before. We'd actually paid 600k, so we complained. They called the receptionist from the previous night and said the rates were different. It felt like they were trying to get as much money as possible from people who just walk in and book directly. Be careful, guys. Better to buy a voucher through the app instead of booking at the hotel. I hope management gets its staff in line.
