Hotel Ilos

The first room had dingy sheets with blood stains, which was completely unacceptable. To their credit, the staff reacted quickly and moved me. The second room was functional, but it still wasn't clean or well cared for and needed a serious deep clean. The wardrobe had an old, musty smell that made it unusable, and the towels were worn thin and frayed. I'd rate the hotel 2.5 stars. It wasn't a disaster, but proper upkeep could make it much better.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location worked well. I slept well there. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety, though the food tasted surprisingly good. One tip about the shower: if hot water doesn’t come through, turn the cold tap all the way to the right first, then move it left to switch to hot. Leave it running for a few minutes while it warms up.

For $15 a night, you get a quiet hotel near the city, with simple breakfast included. The rooms are roomy enough and have seating, along with twin beds or a single king-size bed. It’s very clean, has all the facilities, and there’s hot water in the toilets. The outdoor area is pleasant too.

The staff were sooooo friendly, and I really liked the hotel’s atmosphere and cozy, clean room. Smoking is allowed in the room, and there’s a spa service too. Breakfast was simple but tasted good. A great spot in Bandung for a weekend getaway. Love it!
