The owner has a bad attitude!

The service was poor. They said hot water was included, then when it wasn’t working, told me to buy batteries myself. I wouldn’t have minded getting my own if that had been clear from the start, but why am I expected to handle everything without getting the facilities I was promised? The bedroom was cramped, the bathroom smelled of sewage, and they didn’t give me a different room.

I’ve been boarding here for more than a year, and the place feels like home because it’s so quiet. The corridors get cleaned often, the amenities are complete, and the price is fairly affordable. I’ve never been asked for money, and the owner’s very kind. The negative reviews are hoaxes, so don’t listen to them.
