It's a homestay, a men's hostel with private rooms. Go inside and the friendly owner will take care of you. The private room has a shared bathroom, and there's a large common area with water, tea, a couch, TV, balcony and table. The shared rooms were clean. The private room was at the usual standard for Indonesia, much lower than Thailand. The streets get crowded in the daytime, so getting to and from places takes much longer than expected. At night and in the morning it's no problem. If you're only in Bandung briefly, I'd look for a room closer to the centre.

Really, really poor. They said masa cafe was a boarding place, and they don't even fix the location, lol.

There’s free tea and coffee, and the room is clean. The bathroom is separate and clean too.

I arrived at 11:30 and asked if I could leave my suitcase until the 2:00 PM check-in, but the guard wouldn’t allow it. He also wasn’t friendly and wanted extra money for an early check-in. I’d planned to stay three days, but decided to leave and look for somewhere else. I usually tip more than he asked for, so it bothered me that he seemed so pushy about getting more money. Maybe the owner could find a friendlier guard.
