The location was perfect for what we needed, though there wasn’t much to see nearby. Our room was a good size, but it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The shower was broken, and hot water took five minutes to come through. They also forgot to clean the room on one of our five nights. I wouldn’t stay again.

If you need a room around Terusan Pasir Koja street in Bandung for under 500.000, this place is an option. The room is standard, but fine for the price. Don’t expect a wide choice of food. I’m not saying it’s bad, there just aren’t many menu items.

Watch out for the deposit if you’re planning a late checkout. The receptionist suddenly changed the information, saying checkout had to be at 12:30 p.m. instead of 1 p.m. The card also turned red before checkout, which seemed odd.

The location is reasonable, not too far from town. Breakfast was much the same each day during my stay, though, and there was a leak mark on the room ceiling. For the hotel and breakfast service, I'd give it only two and a half stars.

The room is basic but functional, with enough space. Breakfast seating is limited, and parking is very tight. You may have to leave your car keys with management. There’s no pool or playground.
