The WiFi reached the room and the other facilities were fine, but I had problems on both stays. The first time, the TV was broken, there was no cellphone signal, and the WiFi didn’t reach my room. They shouldn’t give customers a room with a faulty TV when we’re paying for it. On my second visit I got the same room, and there were lots of black ants too. When I asked if the TV worked, the receptionist snapped that it had been fixed, then it turned out it still needed reprogramming and the remote was dead. He insisted it hadn’t been broken, which made no sense after saying it was fixed. He was grumpy, spoke loudly, and answered harshly even when I asked politely. The female receptionist was really friendly, though. The man shouldn’t be at reception if he treats guests that way. I’m disappointed I stayed there twice.

They should be honest about what’s included. There was no soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, drinking water, or tissue, so those amenities should be removed from the app to avoid misleading guests who book there. When I asked about the missing items, I was told they’re only available on weekends, not weekdays. I’ve never stayed on a weekend, so I can’t say whether that’s true, but it’s odd if it is. After I complained, they gave me only mineral water.

I’ve been scammed twice by Oyo Cibeureum. Whenever I book online, the receptionist claims there’s a system error and my reservation has suddenly disappeared when I arrive to pay. I believe she deletes it on purpose so I’ll cancel the online booking and take a much more expensive one offline.
