OYO Life 2050 D'cinnamons Residence

The room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived. The AC leaked water inside, and both the TV and hot water had problems. They still asked for 50,000 Rupiah for cleaning, or whatever that charge was, I can't remember. There was also an extra parking fee.

Bru, I can't believe that after all my hotel stays, I'm still having to top up my own electricity tokens. I wanted to pay by transfer and then got charged 20 thousand for parking. The place was dirty and I felt itchy trying to sleep. The TV wouldn't turn on even after I topped up the tokens, and they said it was broken, lol. They didn't give me a receipt either, hahahah.

Even though I was only stopping over and not staying a full day, they told me to pay for electricity tokens. The TV didn't work, and there was nothing to watch, like it had no antenna. Terrible.

I spent two nights at Oyo D'Cinnamon Inn and was told to pay for the electricity both nights. I've traveled and stayed in hotels before, but this was the first time I'd ever been charged separately for electricity. I also had to pay for car parking. When I asked D'Cinnamon staff about the extra charge, the tattooed Chinese man said OYO doesn't cover electricity and guests have to pay it themselves. Is that really OYO policy, or was the Chinese staff member trying to get extra money? I'm really concerned. Staying at a regular inn and paying for your own electricity is ridiculous!
