I stayed for a four-day, three-night business trip. The hotel is part of a shopping center in the Pasar Baru traditional market area, a very strategic spot close to many places. The lobby is on the fifth floor, easily reached by elevator from the car drop-off area. The room was very spacious, the air conditioning worked well and was very cool, and the bathroom was large with good amenities. The towels smelled musty, though. There was one large pillow and one small decorative pillow. I asked for another pillow several times by phone and at reception over two days, but nobody responded or brought one. Service was poor and unresponsive, and it's disappointing that extra items such as pillows and robes are charged if you request more than two. Breakfast had very limited choices and could taste better. Food often ran out quickly or took a while to replenish, even by 8 a.m. You have to ask staff to make an omelet. I won't choose this hotel for my next business trip.

We had a good time here. The breakfast was nice, and Pasar Baru Bandung is nearby if you're after textiles. The older-town surroundings may not suit anyone looking for a modern, spotless area, though.

Pasar Baru Trade Centre is an easy walk away, and street food, public transport, Grab, and Gojek are all easy to get to.

The hotel was affordable for such a handy spot in the heart of Bandung, with plenty of shopping within walking distance. Check-in was quick, and since we had two rooms, the receptionist put them on the same floor, right across from each other. Housekeeping brought fresh towels and water when we asked. We couldn't get connecting rooms because they were only available with a different room type. The lobby felt quite hot, and being near the lift meant we could hear groups talking loudly in the hallway. Better soundproofing would help. Even so, we had a great two-night stay and would recommend it to people visiting Bandung to shop.
