The Executive room was comfortable, and complimentary laundry was a lovely extra. Pullman Bandung is right in the heart of the city, directly across from Gedung Sate, so it’s really convenient to get around. You can hear traffic outside, especially loud motorcycle exhausts, since the room isn’t very soundproof. It’s still been a pleasant stay, but I wish it were quieter for a better rest.

We spent two nights at Pullman Bandung Grand Central Hotel for our wedding anniversary, and it left us with lovely memories. Feby, Tami, and Naffa made us feel welcome and went out of their way to arrange beautiful room decorations and a lovely anniversary cake. Those thoughtful touches made the celebration special. For a two-night business trip, I stayed in a King Bed double room. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room had enough space for two. The bed was comfortable, though there weren’t many pillow firmness options. The open wardrobe was compact and had no closet, the vanity was open, and the bathroom felt small. The design was pleasant and warm, if not especially distinctive. Breakfast was okay, but less varied than at other Pullman’s I’ve stayed at. Japanese choices were limited and tasted standard, and there wasn’t much variety in the fresh juice either. A few room details were eyesores: gaps in the ceiling above the vanity were left uncovered, the tiles around the shower knob plate weren’t grouted, and the round rug under the lounge chair looked dull.
