The lobby gives a great first impression, but the room didn’t live up to it. When I arrived, there were no towels, mineral water, or bathroom mat. TV viewing was limited to SCTV and other local channels, and the picture wasn’t very clear. There was no cable option. I called reception three times before they brought towels and mineral water. They said they were short on room service staff, which didn’t seem reasonable for a standard four-star hotel. The room facilities left me unsatisfied. I think management should fix these issues soon, or guests may be better off looking at another hotel nearby.

The rooms feel very dated. The toilet was especially bad, with mold and a smell.

The deluxe room we booked was huge, which gave our one-year-old plenty of space to explore and tire himself out. The service was amazing and the facilities were superb. The murky-looking pool water did make me a bit uneasy, though.

The bedroom was decent, and so were the view, rooftop pool, basement billiards, and fast lift. The location may be strategic, but the building is old and hasn’t been maintained well enough.

The lobby looks nice, though the rooms are old and only reasonably clean. Our AC wouldn’t cool below 27 Celsius, even after I turned it down and waited an hour and a half. I told the staff at reception, and they offered us a different room. They had already switched on and run its AC before letting me check it and accept the change.
