The staff were friendly, the place was comfortable, and the service was good.

The facilities are pretty good, and they provide toiletries. The floor gets super cold, though, and there are no hotel slippers. I've stayed at a few hotels in Dieng with reasonable prices that did provide them, so maybe this place could add slippers too. My blanket was stained and dirty. Parking was also difficult and meant a walk, and the staff didn't help carry the luggage. At other hotels in Dieng where WLPN was far from the parking area, they transported and collected the bags by car. Hopefully this feedback helps them improve.

The weather wasn't good during our visit, so we couldn't really enjoy the mountain view right outside the room. The alley opens straight onto Kejajar market, and the atmosphere was quiet. We stayed for two nights, and the room and bathroom were clean, it smelled nice, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Tea and coffee were free with no limit. It felt like staying at a relative's place 😅. Overall, I was satisfied.

The staff were so rude when I was checking in that I wanted to cancel right then. I was extremely annoyed. This is the worst service I've had at a guesthouse, and I won't come back. If I owned it, I'd fire that staff member. Don't expect hospitality from the owner or manager if you stay here. What a terrible experience. Stay at a hotel instead.
