The view is the best part, and the service is super friendly. The price is affordable and the food is cheap too. The worst time to get up is in the morning when the water has run out, maybe someone forgot to refill the water tower.

It's clean, close to the tourist spots, and has a good view. The lady there was friendly. Parking is very tight, though, and it would be nice to see a few more dishes on the restaurant menu. The fried rice could use an upgrade too. I'd be fine with a small price increase if it meant the food tasted better.
