The room was stuffy, with no fan or AC, and the bathroom had no ventilation. Shower steam went straight into the room, which felt incredibly unhealthy. The bidet and flush didn’t work, and the hot water only lasted a few liters before it ran out. No wonder they had a ladle and big bucket for collecting water. The toilet wasn’t flushed clean, there were ants on the table, and the mattress was dented all over and awful to sleep on. The second day, they didn’t give me mineral water, and the trash bag outside my room was left there, so I had to pick it up myself. Before I even got to my room, the receptionist told me the TV remote didn’t work and I’d have to press the buttons manually. I was already in a bad mood. The wifi? Don’t ask. Not recommended, don’t waste your money! Staying here for a vacation was ridiculous. If I’d had any other option, I wouldn’t have stayed. I’d have paid over 500,000 rupiah a night. Even if it were only 100,000 rupiah a night, I swear I wouldn’t come back. It was very, very uncomfortable. Not recommended!!!

It felt very homey and comfortable, with easy access to everything. There was plenty of hot and cold water, and the food was excellent, with lots of complimentary snacks and drinks. There wasn’t a set check-in or check-out time. The staff greeted me warmly when I arrived. Highly recommended.
